Specialist in Building Custom Food Vans

Food vans and food trucks are becoming increasingly diverse and chic. Many people prefer them over traditional restaurants and cafes for their quick and fast service, along with the "buzz" or atmosphere that they provide. It also provides a cheap and unconventional way for satisfying the appetite and the taste buds. This street food trend has gained immense popularity in recent times, and many of these food vans are known for their high-quality food and creative dishes. Due to their convenience of mobility and low space requirement, these businesses can be set up just about anywhere with minimal time and without cost constraints. Aesthetically designed vans with customised themes are particularly effective in drawing in crowds.

To grab the attention of people and onlookers, you should design your food trailer in a way that is unique and represents an artistic theme without compromising on functionality. Many food truck companies take the responsibility of designing customised mobile vans based on your particular theme. A creative custom design combined with delicious food is the key to brand your business and get name and fame amongst the populace.

Why Mobile Vans

Running your food joint or mini-restaurant in a mobile van gives you the liberty to run your business without any constraints of location. The mobile van can be managed with less staff and you don't have to worry about high rental costs. The best part is that you don't have to sit around waiting for customers to show up. You have the liberty to drive around, take part in food expos, trade shows, events, and festivals. Variety is the spice of life!

The investment for food vans is lower than conventional brick and mortar establishments. It is easy to manage and maintain the food van. Wherever you go, you have your kitchen on wheels along with you. You have the option to design it the way you want and to fit to your requirement.

Why Uniquely Themed and Customised Vans Are More Popular

Since the time food vans ventured into the street food arena, the competition has increased manifold. To sustain the business, one needs to stand out. Here are few reasons why a customised van is an attractive option:

*The Theme and design of your van makes it more appealing to the eye, which, in turn, attract more customers to your van.

*It is easy to get your van customised by professional food truck manufacturers and van design companies with expertise in not only designing but also assisting you with the licences and council approvals. It is a one-time investment for long-term returns.

*A customised van gives you the liberty to decide the layout and arrangement in the kitchen according to your requirement to ensure your kitchen runs efficiently.

*A customised van enables construction of a completely functional commercial kitchen and greatly influences the presentation of your products.

*While taking part in any food festival or event, you have the chance to stand out with your special themed mobile food van. A beautifully designed van with an artistic approach is always attractive to paying customers.

If you are seriously considering a mobile food van business, ensure that you take care of the exterior detailing and presentation, not just the menu and food you are serving. Give your van an artistic look with a creative theme to help you excel in your food business enterprise. Your food van manufacturer will have a signage service that will be able to assist you in the exterior design and wrapping of your food van.

MITSKI

MITSKI
with JAPANESE BREAKFAST, JAY SOM
Mitski warmly recalls a quote from sculptor El Anatsui, Art grows out of each particular situation, and I believe that artists are better off working with whatever their environment throws up. With this nerve exposed lyrically, and having dived into her new beginning, Mitski chooses her 2014 breakthrough album Bury Me at Makeout Creek to explore uncharted sonic territory, trading in large string arrangements for guitar and bass. While studying composition at SUNY Purchases music conservatory, she previously recorded music with a full orchestra. However as college graduation inched closer, Mitski moved away from the concert hall and into the campus active DIY scene. Upon relocating to New York following graduation, she entered stages at Death By Audio, Silent Barn, and Bed Stuy basements, entrenching her songs of love, fear, lust, and brilliant clarity into entirely sympathetic ears. Since releasing Bury Me at Makeout Creek in November 2014 via Brooklyn-based label Double Double Whammy, Mitski has received international acclaim for her distinct, arresting sound and profoundly reflective lyrics. Pitchfork applauded the release as inventive and resourceful, while Rolling Stone celebrated her deep-cutting lyrics. NME said of Bury Me, its a record that doesnt tug at your heart-strings as much as it mercilessly pounds at them, taking to your emotions like a lead pipe to a piata. She has also received widespread attention for her cathartic live shows as dubbed by The New York Times Jon Caramanica. I was so young when I behaved 25, Mitski sings on First Love / Late Spring, yet now I find Ive grown into a tall child. This veritable thesis speaks to sentiments of the poetry and beauty of struggling up the hill to adulthood. Mitski follows El Anatsuis humbling advice, cathartically revealing snapshots from her adventures in youth, and the empowerment found in sharing these stories with others. In 2015 Mitski is poised to continue delivering her particular flavor of soul-baring rock, and tour throughout North America and beyond.

Mushroomhead

Mushroomhead
with Blood of an Outlaw, Driven With Insanity, Twelve Years Driven
Mushroomhead - are one of the most unique and adventurous alternative metal bands working today. Known for their stunningly theatrical live show and artsy masks, this innovative band has forged new ground in the rock world and influenced many other bands to push the envelope and bring art into rock. Formed in the early-1990s in Cleveland Ohio, the bands combination of metal, rock and atmospheric elements has struck a chord with thousands of fans worldwide.Mushroomhead have been performing incognito since 1993, when drummer Skinny founded the band. The band was meant to be a side-project so they wore masks to go unrecognized, but after only a few shows they developed a rabid and loyal fan base in Cleveland. Mushroomhead released their 1995 self-titled debut album independently and it went on to became an underground hit. This was history in the making because the band really had no proper distribution. Superbuick followed in 1996 and M3 in 1999, all released via an underground street effort. After the band felt its image and hyper-melodic, heavy style of music was being diluted by other bands jumping into this space, the band started to change their look to reflect nothing out there. After a brief stint on Eclipse Records, a move to Universal Records saw the release of XX (a combination of the past independent releases) in 2001 and XIII in 2003. The bands last album sold over 200,000 units in the USA alone. Mushroomhead released Savior Sorrow for the pioneering rock label, Megaforce Records (Metallica, Anthrax, Ministry, Warren Haynes, Bad Brains) in 2006. Mushroomhead released Beautiful Stories for Ugly Children in the Fall of 2010 and it debuted at #44 on Billboard charts. It can be said that Mushroomheads musical ascendance was a singular, original, aesthetic of eight guys decked out in matching jumpsuits and artsy masks, playing unbelievable, unsettling music. No other band was wearing masks and jumpsuits and purveying this type of ultra-melodic, ultra-dynamic music at the time Mushroomhead sounded like nothing else. The bands merging of metal, atmospheric elements, rock, and theatrics mixed with a punk DIY attitude has inspired and spawned other bands. Even though Mushroomheads music is rock-leaning in thought, the group remains firmly committed to pushing the envelope and trying new things. Influences range from the driving rhythms and breakneck turns of Pantera, to the dark melodies of Faith No More, to the atmospheric stylings of Pink Floyd, but all done in Mushroomhead style.MUSHROOMHEAD DISCOGRAPHYSELF TITLED 1995SUPERBUICK 1996REMIX ALBUM 1997M3 1999XX{ECLIPSE RECORDS} 2001XX {UNIVERSAL RELEASE} 2001XIII 2003VOLUME 1 DVD - 2005SAVIOR SORROW 2006VOLUME 2 DVD - 2008BEAUTIFUL STORIES FOR UGLY CHILDREN - 2010The Righteous & The Butterfly - 2014

A Patch of Blue: Illustrations of Oscar Wilde's the Ballad of Reading Gaol
Curated by students in the Museum Curatorial Practices Course
March 23rd - July 17th
The exhibition presents works on loan from The Wolfsonian-FIU, highlighting the Symbolist style of French artist Jean-Georges Cornelius and examining various themes through original paintings and prints produced for a 1927 French publication of Oscar Wilde's renowned Ballad of Reading Gaol. Curated by students in the Museum Curatorial Practices course offered through Miami Dade College-Wolfson Campus and New World School of the Arts, the exhibition will be on view from March 23rd through July 31st.
The works on display are on loan from The Wolfsonian-FIU and never-before shown to the public, highlighting the Symbolist style of French artist Jean-Georges Cornelius, the political legacy of Oscar Wilde's poem, and the process of early 20th century book-making. Originally published in 1897, the ballad details the execution of a fellow inmate at the HM Prison Reading and addresses the shame, dehumanization and brutality of incarceration and hard-labor sentences. For Wilde, who was convicted for "gross indecency" associated with his then-taboo homosexuality, the metaphysically wrought experience left him a broken man. A Patch of Blue explores the content and meaning of the text and images of this edition of The Ballad of Reading Gaol in relation to current sexual politics and issues relating to capital punishment.

Rusted Root

Rusted Root

Rusted Root Carries On Their Spiritual Musical Movement with The MovementRusted Root's current release "The Movement, means a new work ethic to me - it's going from the industrial age to the individual spiritual age. I feel everyone should devote all their actions to all that is love, healing and pragmatic. We're seeing the growing pains of this right nowthe world is splitsome people are fearful and fighting it with all their might Rusted Root is trying to help with thisthis is our movement!!" shares Rusted Root founder, front man, songwriter, singer/guitarist Michael Glabicki. Having collaborated with one another for two decades, Rusted Root, has honed the perfect combination of musical intuition, freedom and virtuosity, which has allowed them to organically shape shift their music into their own distinct and undeniable vision. With eight albums under their belt, over three million records sold worldwide and countless nights on the road, Rusted Root, transcends age, generations, cultures and musical styles. Their music has been featured in films like Ice Age, Twister and Matilda, TV shows like New Girl, Ally McBeal, Charmed and Chuck as well as recent Enterprise Rent-A-Car commercials. Bassist and vocalist Patrick Norman says, "From the very first time we played music together, I knew we had something special. The music and the enjoyment of creating and playing with one another I feel is the driving force behind this band." The powerhouse ensemble's sweat-inducing and hypnotic live performances have allowed them to tour alongside everyone from Santana, Dave Matthews Band, The Allman Brothers Band, Robert Plant and Jimmy Page's reunion tour and countless others. Rusted Root's Shanachie debut, The Movement (10/30/12), is an energized and poetic collection of originals that capture the Pittsburgh based unit at their best. One of the highlights on The Movement is the rhythmically charged and scintillating "In Our Sun." The trance-like rhythmic patterns and Sub-Saharan drenched chanting reach a fevered pitch and then fade like a mirage. Liz explains that the members of Rusted Root are drawn to and have explored virtually every form of music. "I am very inspired vocally by anything from Indian to African to Middle Eastern sounds and scales having grown up with a lot of Hebrew music" she says. Michael Glabicki's cites the Bee Gees, Elvis Costello, Neil Young, Tony Childs, Black Keys, Black Sabbath and various Afro Pop music as among his influences. Glabicki's vocals shine on the lilting ballad "Fossil Man," and on "Fortunate Freaks" Rusted Root lets it all go and rocks out hard with the song's energizing bridge. "Sun And Magic" showcases dazzling guitar and bass lines that shimmer like a summer breeze. Glabicki's signature Tremelo picking and acoustic-electric guitar amplification shine throughout The Movement. Rusted Root gets down right gritty on "Up And All Around" while "Something's On My Mind" continues to solidify their place as one of the most versatile and innovative bands on the creative music scene. In 1992 Rusted Root released Cruel Sun independently and two years later, while signed to Mercury, they released their platinum-selling breakthrough, When I Woke, which spawned the Top 40 hit "Send Me On My Way," that went on to chart on Billboard's Hot 100. In 2004, the band released the double album Rusted Root Live on their own Touchy Pegg label, following the re-release of the newly re-mastered Cruel Sun in 2003. Rusted Root continued to tour relentlessly between the release of Cruel Sun and the 2009 release of Stereo Rodeo. The past few years have found Rusted Root on a never-ending tour. A major career highlight in the Springtime of 2014 and 2015 was touring with The Wailers Michael Glabicki says, "The Wailers are what music in it's spiritual form is about and I feel it was an honor to play with them" And bassist Patrick Norman effuses "They're legends, they're icons, it's rock and roll. It brings back memories of being five years old listening to I shot the Sherriff." As they have in the past, Rusted Root is currently working on their next record by honing their new songs while on tour. Already fan favorites, "Save Me Back" "Promised Land" "Such A Man" and "Tumbleweed" are some of the new tracks they've been performing to an audience eager for new record. The band is looking forward to putting the finishing touches on their new collection of songs, and aim to release a new record in the next year.

The Spazmatics

The Spazmatics

In the spring of 1983, physics professor Luis Stigwood of Alta Dena High in Thousand Oaks California, lost a debate over String Theory to an upstart pupil in front of the entire student body and faculty. As agreed to by both parties, the loser would have to do anything that the winner demanded, and the victorious prodigy demanded that Mr. Stigwood perform "She Blinded Me With Science" by Thomas Dolby during half-time at an upcoming state basketball championship game.Having no musical background and desperate to not go down in total humiliation, Professor Stigwood tapped the genius of electronics teacher Eugene MeeGene, who had achieved international acclaim in 1981 for his invention of "robot" drums. When MeeGene (who was also the girls water polo coach at Alta Dena Middle School) explained that most of the music could be generated by computers, and that all he needed was a couple of decent musicians to fill in the holes, Stigwood was ecstatic. To round out the lineup, Stigwood brought in his brother, Milton on bass, and teacher's assistant, Shureman on guitar. When the group took center court that evening, members of the hip elite began heckling them with jibes of "geek" and "nerd," while everyone else howled with laughter. But once they broke into the opening salvo of "Science," the nonbelievers were stunned by the group's authenticity of production, world class musicianship, and tight choreography. The performance came to a climax when Stigwood grabbed one of the cheerleaders and began doing the "Belinda" up and down the court with her in tow. When it was all over, the crowd rose in a standing ovation, and the Spazmatics were born.FACT:From the creators of the World Famous Afrodisiacs comes the Spazmatics. All the awesome sounds, styles, and way cool dance steps from the 1980's decade we'd love to forget. Complete with skinny ties, Brill Creamed hair, and horn-rimmed glasses, the Spazmatics recapture all the best of the worst. Outstanding musicianship combined with creative flair and style makes for an evening of pure energy and entertainment. So tonight we're gonna party like it's 1999; only it's not!

Los Lonely Boys

Los Lonely Boys
Los Lonely Boys

"We decided to call this album Revelation because we want to make music that reveals something to people about their lives and their world," says Jojo Garza. He's talking about the new release by Los Lonely Boys, the close-knit Texas trio that the bassist/vocalist shares with his brothers Henry (vocals, guitar) and Ringo (drums, vocals). "As musicians and artists, we're here to connect with people, and to share our view of things."

Revelation — to be released on the band's own LonelyTone imprint Jan. 21, 2014, in association with the respected Austin-based indie Playing in Traffic — is a landmark release for the siblings. While maintaining the infectiously melodic mix of bluesy rock 'n' roll and rootsy brown-eyed soul that's long endeared Los Lonely Boys to its fiercely loyal fan base, Revelation adds an expansive range of new sonic elements, e.g. the conjunto touches of "Blame It On Love," the reggae groove of "Give A Little More," the rustic acoustic textures of "It's Just My Heart Talkin' and the baroque pop elements of "There's Always Tomorrow."

"We're always trying to broaden our horizons and advance musically, and that's something that we were very conscious of in making this record," Jojo states. "We're always looking for new ways to communicate and reach people, so we experimented with a lot of different sounds and production approaches."

Toward that end, the brothers also collaborated with an eclectic cast of co-writers in assembling the dozen new original songs that comprise Revelation, including alt-country icon Radney Foster, in-demand pop tunesmiths Matthew Gerrard and David QuiΓ±ones, Black-Eyed Peas collaborators George Pajon Jr. and Keith Harris, and Raul Pacheco of Ozomatli.

Revelation also marks Los Lonely Boys' first recording work since Henry Garza sustained serious injuries in a fall from the stage during a February 2013 performance in Los Angeles, necessitating a lengthy and ongoing recovery period.

"We nearly lost Henry, man, and that was a big change for us," Jojo acknowledges. "The whole experience was a wake-up call for us. It made us rethink every aspect of our lives and our careers, and it reminded us of what's really important to us."

The abiding sense of family unity and creative rapport that allowed the band to weather such a potentially devastating event has been built into Los Lonely Boys from the beginning. Indeed, Henry, Jojo and Ringo have been making music together for their entire lives. Their father, Ringo Garza Sr., was a member of another sibling band, the Falcones, which played throughout southern Texas in the '70s and '80s. When that group disbanded, Ringo Sr. went solo, and recruited his three young sons to back him. The family relocated to Nashville in the '90s, and soon Henry, Jojo and Ringo Jr. began writing and performing their own material as a trio.

After moving back to Texas, the brothers recorded their eponymous debut album in 2003 at Willie Nelson's Pedernales studio in Austin, with Willie himself guesting on the sessions. Although originally released on small Or Music label, Epic Records picked up Los Lonely Boys for major-label distribution in early 2004. The album quickly won the band a large national audience. Its lead single "Heaven" became a Top 20 pop hit, reached the #1 spot on Billboard's Adult Contemporary chart, and eventually won a Grammy Award for Best Pop Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocal.

After a prominent guest appearance on the 2005 Santana album All That I Am, Los Lonely Boys solidified their success with 2006's Sacred, which brought two more Grammy nominations, and 2008's Forgiven, as well as the holiday-themed Christmas Spirit. Meanwhile, the band continued to build its reputation as a singularly powerful live act.

In early 2009, Los Lonely Boys made their LonelyTone/Playing in Traffic debut with the all-covers EP 1969, followed by the unplugged Keep On Giving: Acoustic Live! Those releases set the stage for the band's acclaimed 2011 album Rockpango, and for the creative leap forward that Revelation represents.

"We want to make music that brings people together, not music that divides people," Jojo states. "We're all about having a good time, but we also make an effort to write about things that really matter. A lot of people write songs about superficial things, like how you look and what kind of car you drive and how much money you have, but we're not interested in that. We want to create music that's about the love and the energy and the spirit that we all carry as people."

"We're very thankful that God blessed our family with a drummer, a guitar player and a bass player, and that the three of us get to make music together," Jojo concludes. "There's been a few bumps in the road here and there, but that happens in any family and in any band. The main thing is that we stick together, and that we're trying to pass on that feeling of brotherhood, of familia, in the music that we make.

Home Security Monitoring is the Bottom Line on Home Safety

No matter how complex or comprehensive your home security system, when it comes to your family's safety it all comes down to home security monitoring. Your system is, quite simply, only as good as the monitoring services.

Installing a home security system should cause three things to happen if someone tries to break in:

1. You need to hear the alarm and move to the safest place you can in the home.

2. The alarm needs to be loud enough to alert your neighbors. Hopefully, they will either call the police or come to your aid.

3. Your home security monitoring company will notice the alert and send your local police or other emergency personnel immediately.

The most important of these responses is the action of your home security monitoring company. If they are not on the job or if they fail to act, your entire security system is essentially worthless. Think about it " if your neighbors are away or they are at work, who will hear the siren under your house? If you are home alone and you can't get to a phone, your safety might depend on the monitoring company.

The first thing you need to look for when considering a home security monitoring company is a long and solid reputation for reliability. You need to know the right people are on the job and doing the right things if your alarm is activated. Unfortunately, this continues to be a shortcoming of many home security monitoring companies " they either are not reliable or they don't know what alerts and alarms mean when they are activated.

The second thing to look for in a home security monitoring company is the ability to communicate with all of the newer and more sophisticated sensors, detectors and other "switches." What good is the equipment if the monitoring company doesn't get the message? You need to know your monitoring company can read all of the signals in all circumstances.

There are a number of new and very sophisticated types of sensors, detectors and "switches" you can buy to increase the safety of your family. But you are wasting your money if the home security monitoring company you choose can't read the signals. This is one of the main reasons to use an established and proven monitoring company that has demonstrated the ability to monitor all types of alarms in all kinds of circumstances.

How do you know if the home security monitoring company you are considering is adequate? Here are the most important questions to ask:

1. How long has the company been in the home security monitoring business?

3. Are there adequate backup systems to maintain monitoring if there is a power loss?

3. What kind of backup systems do you use to ensure monitoring during a power outage or if the wires are cut?

Even if you are working with a company that provides both equipment and monitoring, it is important to ask the last question above. Ask these questions of all home security monitoring companies you consider.

Your family's safety might depend on the answers. Ensure your family's safety and your peace of mind by choosing the right home security monitoring company.

Don't risk a huge investment in security equipment that is useless. Without good home security monitoring what good is your security system?

Peter Bjorn and John

Peter Bjorn and John

It's been five years since Peter Bjorn And John have wowed the world with their musical talents. During a fruitful period of disappearance, the trio have built their own studio, started a record label, and toiled to perfect a formula for effortless sounding pop music that (spoiler alert!) has taken them a huge amount of effort. Something else happened, too. The rise of Swedes in music scenes around the globe gained huge traction. From Avicii and Swedish House Mafia to Lykke Li and Robyn, the flag for Scandinavian genius flew. But one (or more accurately three) names were missing: those of Peter Moren, Bjorn Yttling and John Eriksson. The gang of childhood friends who once bonded over a love of '60s baroque pop and Stone Roses famously broke the mould an entire decade ago with one of the catchiest songs to feature whistling ever 'Young Folks'. But as bassist and production whizz Bjorn says, 'Young Folks' was not a curse upon a career that is on the verge of entering its seventh era with forthcoming album 'Breakin' Point'. "Seven albums seems like an awful lot," reflects Bjorn. "But we put them out during a long period so it's OK!"'Breakin' Point' is about the band's newfound search for another career high. "We started with some other album title ideas like 'Thriller 2'. Then we realized we were pushing the envelope so got into the idea of a breaking point. If we broke it once, we can break it twice," says Bjorn. That's why the album artwork features a hammer with three heads on it, not just to strike your nightmares, but to send a message out to everyone. "It says 'We're back! We're smashing it!' Haha." In the literal sense, they may be wielding hammers, but how about musically? "Musically, a breaking point is just about working so hard until you know you can't do any more," says Bjorn. "It's about being in that fog when you're creating where you can't see. That's when you find something the door home, or the door out. You get a chance to turn it around. You have to really put yourself in a big mess to be able to go somewhere new."The trio's previous record 'Gimme Some' wasn't exactly a big mess, it was Peter Bjorn And John's "power pop, guitar statement", focused on recreating in the studio what they were confidently doing live. Having established that ground for themselves, they wanted to do the total opposite of that this time around. "This was about doing big pop songs," says Bjorn, who recalls sitting around listening to ABBA with his bandmates, marveling at how they made it sound and look so easy.'Gimme Some' was also the first of Peter Bjorn And John's first records to feature an outside producer. 'Breakin' Point' sees the threesome high on that socialising bug, inviting a whole host of others to join them aboard the good pop/rock ship. Together these outside influences have helped the band realize their dreams of creating era-defining, dance floor appropriate indie pop that intends to affect people on a deeper level. It's about the tropes of life, the difficulties that come with maturing. "There are very few songs in our collection that are positive. I can't think of one," laughs Bjorn. "It's always been about the blues. Life is shit, but tonight is nice that's what pop is, especially the songs that we love. You wanna have some darkness to be able to see the light. That's how we do it up here in Sweden! It's like a black and white movie if you look out: snow and a black mass of darkness."Indeed, opening track and album highlight 'Dominos' is a piano disco anthem about working for the Man. The track 'Hard Sleep' and title track 'Breakin' Point' are about abandoning life's small trivialities and embracing newfound fatherhood. //You've been hiding in the bosom of my dream, now the clock sets the scene// go the lyrics. On 'A Long Goodbye' the guitar riff is reminiscent of Blondie classic 'Heart Of Glass'. "Yes I can hear that," agrees Bjorn. "But we haven't sampled it so you can forgive us for that."Bjorn comments on how they didn't need to go too far to find their collaborators the alternative music community had naturally begun to hang out more in Stockholm. "So we started to see more people more regularly," he says. They met Patrik Berger first. At the time he was working with Icona Pop and Robyn. "We knew he was in a punk band before. We were looking for people who wanted to make hits that also had that rock influence."Thankfully they also had the likes of Paul Epworth (Florence And The Machine, U2, Paul McCartney), Greg Kurstin (Sia, Adele), Emile Haynie (Lana Del Rey, FKA Twigs, Kanye West) and Pontus Winnberg (Miike Snow) to help guide them. "You behave better when you have people over for dinner that aren't just your family," he says, proverbially. "It wasn't that we just brought in anyone. We really respect what these guys do. We wanted to make pop music that was relevant now and not in a fantasy world of what we thought would be relevant. We learned how to not dwell on stuff because you can't sit forever. You have to reach a goal. That was a little bit scary at first." One fulfilled goal was to have their own built studios in Sweden, studios that were formerly used by ABBA. It's also the site of the trio's new label INGRID.Despite their fears, the collaborating also reasserted their own winning sense of self-confidence. "Well, you realize you know some stuff yourself too!" laughs Bjorn. "That made us cocky." Peter Bjorn And John intend for these songs to be consumed on the radio, in live shows and most importantly on the dance floor. "Like ABBA would though, it's not like we're going for the Avicii thing. In a nice pub, you know?" says Bjorn. "We definitely want it to be like Prince's version of a dance floor song. Everything should be groovy and funky."Having been together almost 20 years, Bjorn is still unsure as to what their secret is. "Exercise!" he jokes. "We all have different ideas and those have to live close to each other. That's what makes it an interesting mould. If you mix two similar ingredients you're not gonna get a good result. You have to have a little pepper and salt to get a good dish." Indeed, just like their culinary acronym counterpart P B & J (peanut butter and jelly) Peter Bjorn And John are a meld of three disparate and unique elements. Together, they're both classic and delicious.

Dale Carnegie Training has been working with executives on mindful leadership for over 100 years. As leaders of our organizations, being mindful is critical to achieving breakthrough revenues and profitability, and ties directly to our ability to inspire others to action.

"Mindfulness is a state of being fully present, aware of oneself and other people, and sensitive to one's reactions to stressful situations. Leaders who are mindful tend to be more effective in understanding and relating to others, and motivating them toward shared goals. Hence, they become more effective in leadership roles." -William W.
