The Brand New Heavies are a British music institution, who stormed onto U.S airwaves in the 90s, whose unique mix of jazz, funk and soul has lit up the dance scene for well over two decades - and shows no sign of stopping. N'Dea Davenport has rejoined the group with founding members Simon Bartholomew and Andrew Levy. The Brand New Heavies were influential in creating what became known as the acid jazz scene. The band members have steered the group into the current millennium, where they remain as influential and respected as ever.
