1 in 7 mothers experience depression or anxiety during pregnancy or postpartum.
Our Support Group is led by a trained and experienced doula, whom provides a safe space for women to connect with other women in a similar situation. The group facilitator will provide emotional support, suggestions for community resources, and valuable information.
This is a FREE group and we offer an inviting atmosphere created to facilitate learning and sharing with other women from all walks of life. Children up to age 2 welcome. Discretion advised.
