Heartburn patients? Find out what may cause it

[ad_1]
There are several causes of heartburn. This is great because we live at a fast pace and we consume a lot of food. Most of these foods contain substances that are responsible for this condition. They are more or less negative in controlling the effects of food on the muscles that enter the stomach because it causes the muscles to relax, causing the stomach contents to flow outwards, causing a burning sensation.

One of the foods proven to have a relaxing effect on the stomach to keep muscles is caffeine. It is found in foods such as coffee, tea, and beverages or beverages that contain caffeine. Caffeine causes muscles to relax, causing stomach contents to overflow. This produces a burning sensation in the chest.

Chocolate is another food that causes heartburn. Everyone loves chocolate, especially children, but this is its disadvantage. It contains a substance called theobromine that can find cocoa, tea and coffee plants in nature. It has the same effect as caffeine on the esophageal muscles around the stomach, which brings the same results as caffeine.

Deep-fried foods and high-fat foods also have the same effect. These foods usually reduce the speed of digestion of food. This leads to an increase in the intragastric pressure that affects the esophageal sphincter. When the pressure is too high, the sphincter is forced to open or relax, causing the contents of the stomach to flow out, causing a burning sensation around the chest.

Alcohol has also been shown to show some of the effects of promoting heartburn. When it is eaten with fat or fried foods, it is usually more powerful. All this causes the esophageal sphincter to relax or open so that the stomach contents are ejected towards the esophagus, resulting in a burning sensation around the chest.

The type of clothing people wear can also have a serious impact on abdominal pressure, especially on tight-fitting waists. This increased pressure is more pronounced after a few minutes. Stress usually causes relaxation of the sphincter and overflows stomach contents. This acidic material causes a burning sensation in the chest.

Many other things that may be related to the structure or function of the body may lead to heartburn. It is always important to understand most of them to reduce their incidence.
